Al Duhail Club announced the return of the services of the quartet Bassam Al Rawi, Abdullah Al Ahrak, Abdulrahman Mohammed and Mohammed Ayash after the end of their loan to a number of clubs during the past season. Al Duhail Club stated in a statement published on its official account on the /X/ website that the quartet will join the rest of the team members in the training that started yesterday in preparation for the new season.
Al Duhail had agreed to loan international defender Bassam Al Rawi to Al Rayyan last season, and the player performed well during his career with Al Rayyan, who finished the league championship in second place. The club had also agreed to loan player Abdullah Al Ahrak to Qatar SC last season, and he performed well and contributed to Qatar SC reaching the Emir Cup final.
The player Abdulrahman Mohammed was also loaned to Al Markhiya Club, but the team was relegated to the second division after losing the play-off match against Al Khor, which it played after finishing in eleventh place in the league championship, while the player Mohammed Ayash was loaned to Al Ahli Club, and finished in tenth place in the league.
Al Duhail Club seeks to strengthen its ranks in preparation for the new season, during which it seeks to return to competition again, especially in the league championship, which it finished last season in sixth place, while it had won the title the season before last for the eighth time in its history.
