Al-Faisal Holding enters into a strategic partnership with BKN301

Al Faisal Holding announced the conclusion of a strategic partnership with BKN301, a leading provider of financial technology solutions, to establish the “EFH Fintech” company for trade and digital banking services in the State of Qatar and the region.
This partnership aims to combine Al-Faisal Holding Company’s established institutional expertise, its extensive local network, and its extended relationships in the region, with the innovative technology platform of BKN301, which includes advanced capabilities in operational coordination (orchestration), and great experience in digital banking services and financial services infrastructure supported by artificial intelligence, which supports the development and deployment of scalable solutions in the fields of financial technology and digital banking services in Qatar and the Gulf region.

This partnership is directly aligned with the goals of the Qatar National Vision 2030, which aims to build a diversified, knowledge-based economy, as digital financial infrastructure and private sector-led innovation represent two essential pillars of achieving this vision. This partnership also places the two companies in a position to contribute to the region’s accelerating financial modernization agenda.
