The colt /Asterius/ owned by Wathnan Racing won the /Kalesberg Danish Flying Childers Stakes/ of the second category for two-year-old Thoroughbred horses over a distance of 1000 metres, during the race held today, Friday, at Doncaster Racecourse in England.
Asterius achieved his new victory, ridden by jockey James Doyle and trained by Archie Watson, just 12 days after his previous victory in the Daronbier Prize, Group 3, at Paris-Lonchaux in France.
In second place in today’s race was the colt /Big Mojo/ owned by RB Racing Limited, trained by Michael Appleby and ridden by jockey Silvestre de Sousa, followed by the colt /Magnum Force/ owned by Abdullah Al Khalifa, trained by GM Lyons and ridden by jockey Colin Keane.
The colt /Asterius/ raised his number of victories to four victories from a total of six participations in his career so far.
