We were honored to host two Qatari students from the International University College of Al -Rayyan (ARIU), who recently completed their training period in the “Entrepreneurship Project” unit. Through this initiative, we invite students to link academic theory to practical application, explore the challenges of the real world in the classroom before entering our hotels to conduct field research and suggest practical solutions.
During their training period, students gained practical experience in the departments of guests, events and spas, where they interacted directly with the guests and received a continuous directive from our team. This overwhelming experience provided valuable visions about operating excellence and service culture that defines luxury hospitality.
