Commercial Bank announces major changes in its senior management

Commercial Bank announced changes to its senior management team, in a strategic move that focuses on leveraging the diverse expertise and competencies of the bank’s experienced leaders to achieve business objectives and enhance long-term growth.

Commercial Bank announced in a statement the appointment of Khalifa Al Rais as Executive General Manager and Head of Human Resources, noting that he has been a key member of the bank since 2005, and previously held a senior management position where he played a pivotal role in expanding the government and public sectors. Al Rais also brings extensive experience in corporate and retail banking, which is a significant addition to this new position.

In the same context, the bank announced the appointment of Fahad Abdulrahman Badar as Executive General Manager, Head of Comprehensive and International Banking, after previously holding the position of Executive General Manager and Head of International Services. He pointed out that this strategic position will combine international banking services and comprehensive banking services under one leadership, to benefit from the synergies between the two units.
