The General Authority of Customs urged companies registered in the “Al-Nadeeb” system to update contact information, to ensure receipt of notifications and updates related to electronic services, including phone numbers and e-mail, in order to follow developments and benefit from electronic services in a timely manner.
The General Authority of Customs confirmed the continuity of customs services through the Al-Nadeeb customs clearance system for 24 hours, seven days a week. Customs clearance services were facilitated via smart devices through the “Al-Nadeeb” application for the commercial community, which is considered an innovative and integrated platform that meets the needs of clearance companies and individual traders and importers, and ensures speedy completion and easy access to various procedures.
Customs seeks to raise the efficiency of the flow of goods and provide customs services, as well as ensuring the provision of vital project requirements, and reaching an investment-attractive environment that fulfills the interests of customers and partners and enhances the role of the private sector as a strategic partner in economic development.
Providing customs services
The authority seeks to provide distinguished customs services to create a stimulating investment climate and facilitate trade exchange to ensure the flow of goods and commodities to and from the country.
Al-Nadeeb system provides a number of services, the most prominent of which are: renewing the annual registration of companies, authorizing the customs clearance company, requesting to modify the clearance company’s port, refunding fees, renewing customs clearance licenses, inquiring about the status of the customs declaration, in addition to payment processes.
Customs has enhanced the services available on the Nadeeb system by adding the fees refund service, temporary entry service, VIP customer service, and electronic and procedural integration with the Public Prosecution, in addition to providing the feature of downloading and approving registration authority documents electronically and stopping paper transactions.
The system aims to unify customs procedures and speed up the completion of transactions with other parties related to the customs declaration, so that approvals are approved electronically through the system, and allow importers to conduct and follow up on customs clearance transactions from anywhere in the world via the Internet.

The system aims to transform the State of Qatar into an effective partner in facilitating global trade by providing a fully transparent customs environment while ensuring security and safety through a distinguished system of risk management and selectivity.
