Senyar Trading and Distribution Company announced the end of its commercial relationship with Al -Baladi Holding Company within the framework of the “Al -Faisal Al -Baladi Holding Company”, after negotiations that lasted for several months between the two companies, which ended with the decision to end all trade relations between the parties concerned.
This decision comes within the framework of a strategic review carried out by the Senyar Trading and Distribution Company, which concluded that there is a difference in the visions and future directions between the two parties, in addition to a difference in the curriculum of governance for business administration, which necessitated a decision to decide the partnership in a friendly manner to serve the interests of each party separately.
In this context, Senyar expressed its thanks to the Al -Baladi Group for joint cooperation during the last period, wishing them continued success and success in their future projects.
