The Ibhar Center for Administrative Training is holding a free educational symposium for all its clients interested in the fields of marketing and sales on Wednesday, November 6, at 1 p.m. at the headquarters of the Ibhar Center for Administrative Training in New Salata. The symposium is lectured by international training expert Dr. Maysar Siddiq, President of the International Business Federation, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Ibhar Center for Administrative Training and author. This comes from the mission of the Ibhar Center for Administrative Training, which is considered a beacon of specialized training, development and advancement in the State of Qatar, which has organized a number of specialized training courses over a period of 12 years in the presence of a group of trainees amounting to 2,642 trainees.
The Center was honored to organize the first specialized program in the fields of real estate marketing management methods, real estate management rules and real estate brokerage controls, in cooperation with the American Real Estate Institute, by graduating 4 training batches of businessmen and real estate owners, and with the participation of a number of major institutions and companies in the State of Qatar (Ministry of Justice – Supreme Judicial Council – Management Real estate documentation – Real Estate Company – Endowments).
Dr. Karim Mayser Siddiq, Director General of the Center, confirms that the Center has established 10 specialized training programs in real estate evaluation and valuation with the participation of Professor Dr. Ahmed Anis, a professor and member of the American Real Estate Center – New York, in which a group of specialists in the field of real estate evaluation and valuation participated, in the presence of a number of real estate owners. Those wishing to know how to evaluate and value their properties, as well as representatives of the major banks in the State of Qatar (Doha Bank – Islamic Bank – Al Rayan Bank – Commercial Bank – Barwa Bank).
The Center also organized the first program specialized in real estate fields, in cooperation with the Qatari Ministry of Justice to regulate real estate professions. The program covered a number of courses (real estate marketing – real estate evaluation and valuation – real estate brokerage – real estate financing), where a group of specialists in the real estate fields and those interested in participating in the program In developing their knowledge capabilities in the field, the program was also implemented by a group of Arab and foreign lecturers, such as Dr. THIJIS STOFFER, CEO of the International Real Estate Association (ICREA), who discussed international real estate brokerage programs and how to become professional in this vital field.
All of this comes in order to organize the real estate business through training courses and programs to obtain the scientific qualification to deal with clients, protect the financial and real estate wealth of citizens, and adhere to the honor of the profession and the transparency of dealing in the field of real estate trading so that we do not create a parallel market for prices that achieves inflation, in addition to knowing the sectors of the sector.
Real estate, the need of each department for assistants and supporters, the role of the state represented by legislative and oversight bodies, activating their role, and the importance of qualifying workers in the sector on the scientific and moral levels.
The center also held several training programs in international engineering and commercial arbitration in cooperation with Qatar Chamber and in the presence of a group of doctors specialized in the field of arbitration, in addition to a specialized course in organizing international exhibitions and conferences in which a number of employees of the Qatar Tourism Authority and Qatar Chamber participated, in addition to companies organizing international exhibitions and conferences. The center also organized the first international sales forum in the presence of international lecturer and professor Steve Schiffman, the world’s first sales pioneer, which lasted for two days in which he discussed the foundations and modern methods of sales in the world in the presence of a number of managers and members of the sales departments of major companies in the State of Qatar (Abdullah Abdul Ghani Company – Masraf Al Rayan – Company Nasser bin Abdullah – Al Salam Company – Ansar Gallery).
The Center, in cooperation with the Qatar Chamber, also held an introductory seminar on maritime commercial arbitration in the presence of transport and marine insurance companies in the State of Qatar, in addition to introductory seminars on corporate governance and its role in the national economy at Doha Bank and Al Khaleej Takaful Company.
The Center also held the first international conference on maritime arbitration and maritime dispute resolution in the presence of a group of specialists in the maritime field and clarified the latest mechanisms in dispute resolution and arbitration.
In addition to holding the first training symposium on construction and contracting contracts between the owner and the contractor and methods of dispute resolution, which was held under the auspices of the Qatar International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration at the Qatar Chamber and in the presence of a group of distinguished lecturers in the field and those interested in it.
It is worth noting that the center has contracted with many professors and doctors from international universities, for example but not limited to (Algonquin University in Canada – The American University in Cairo – Alaska University – The American Real Estate Institute – The Arab Board for Training – The Arab Open University) in addition to a number of doctors and lecturers to be at the level The precious trust placed by the trainees.
The Ibhar Center for Administrative Training also organized the first international conference for investing in human resources under the title (Building Man Before Building). The conference was held under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani, Secretary-General of the Humanitarian Funds of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, under the sponsorship of Doha Bank and the Islamic Bank, and in the presence of a group of Major international bodies and institutions, where the CEO of the International Federation for Human Resources (SHARM) participated in the conference, in the presence and honor of a group of lecturers in the fields of human skills development and education, and with the participation of a group of trainees amounting to 250 participants, where Dr. Maysar Siddiq confirmed that the conference addressed a number of main topics that It covers all aspects of human training and rehabilitation, including (health – education – development – societal impact). These four axes basically stem from the teachings of our true religion (Islam), which is concerned with building the human being healthily and physically, then education and enlightenment, then development and openness. Consequently, this religion has become the most widespread in society. Through the influence of its members in other societies and ethnicities with the teachings and goals that have been developed and developed, knowing that many countries have been able to apply these components to people without being Muslims, such as (Germany – Japan – China).
