Losail International Circuit has announced that it will host the MENA Karting Nations Cup from 17 to 21 December 2024. Losail International Circuit said in a statement yesterday: “We are delighted to once again host the MENA Karting Nations Cup after the huge success of last season’s event. The Nations Cup has brought the best karting talent from across the MENA region directly to Qatar, which has become a motorsports hub in the region.”
The statement continued: The 2024 edition aims to continue building on this success, and provide a platform for drivers to showcase their skills on the international stage.
Competitors will compete in six categories, ranging from Micro Max for 8-11 year olds to DD2 Masters for 31+ year olds, highlighting the diversity and depth of karting talent in the MENA region.
Last year’s edition of the Karting Nations Cup, hosted by Losail International Circuit, saw 165 drivers from 15 countries compete, with Morocco winning the championship title, while the UAE and Qatar came in second and third place respectively.
