The Bib Gurman-rated restaurant will resume serving lunch and dinner on Wednesday, August 19, kicking off its return with the launch of “Sham Nights.” This experience takes place every Wednesday, bringing guests together around a carefully selected menu that celebrates the flavors of the Levant and its authentic traditions of sharing food.
The menu combines familiar dishes from the Levant. Guests can once again enjoy their favorite dishes at Mila, including the distinctive lamb banana kibbeh inspired by Chef Mark’s mother’s recipe, in addition to a variety of dishes prepared to be shared around the table. In conjunction with the reopening, the restaurant announced the extension of its iftar cooperation with the well-known Qatari chef Nouf Al Marri until August 31. Guests can enjoy its two signature dishes, Raqaq Raseef and Shakshouka, daily from 6:30 am to 11:00 am.
