Postponing the Qatar Economic Forum to a later date in 2026

The organizers of the Qatar Economic Forum in cooperation with Bloomberg, which is held in cooperation with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, announced the postponement of the forum, which was scheduled to be held from May 12 to 14, 2026 in Doha, and will be held later this year.
The organizers of the forum explained, in a statement today, that this decision was taken by Bloomberg Media Company and the Ministry of Trade and Industry in Qatar in consultation with partners, taking into account the current developments in the region.
The Forum will reconvene under conditions that allow for strong international participation and a high-quality experience for all. In addition, complementary global programs and Advisory Board initiatives will continue to support the mission of the Qatar Economic Forum.
The Qatar Economic Forum, whose sixth edition will be held this year, is a leading global platform that brings together heads of state, policymakers and business leaders to exchange visions about the forces shaping the features of the global economy.
