Al Sadd, the league title holder, currently occupies third place in the league standings after the third week with 6 points from two wins and one loss.

The Spanish player Mujica began his career with the second team of Barcelona, which he played for between 2016 and 2019, then moved to Leeds United in 2021, but was loaned to Real Oviedo in Spain, then to Las Palmas in Spain, to which he officially moved until 2022 before joining the ranks of the Portuguese club Arouca, with whom he scored 20 goals last season.
