Qatar Photography organizes two specialized workshops in July

The Qatar Photography Center announced the organization of two specialized training workshops in the field of photography during the month of July, as part of its efforts to develop the skills of photographers and amateurs, and enhance their capabilities in the fields of professional photography. The first workshop, entitled “Lighting Engineering – Basics of Product Photography Lighting,” presented by trainer Abdulaziz Al-Kubaisi, will be held on July 12 and 13, 2026, from five to eight in the evening, in Building 18 in Katara.
The workshop aims to introduce participants to the basics of lighting design for product photography, and its practical applications for producing professional images. To join, the center stipulated knowledge of the basics of photography and bringing a professional camera, while the participation fee was set at 200 riyals for members and 400 riyals for non-members.
The Center is also organizing a second workshop entitled “Commercial Portrait with a Strong Impact” in cooperation with Nikon Middle East and Nikon School, presented by trainer Cesar Borocco, on July 16, 2026 at the Qatar Photography Center headquarters in Katara, from five to eight in the evening.
Qatar Photography Center confirmed that the two workshops are part of its training programs aimed at supporting the photography community in Qatar, and providing practical educational opportunities at the hands of specialized trainers, which contributes to developing the technical and professional skills of the participants.
