The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice, during the period from July 28 to August 1, amounted to 111 million, 956 thousand, and 851 riyals, while the total sales contracts for the real estate bulletin for residential units, during the same period, amounted to 19 million, 102 thousand, and 371 riyals.
The weekly bulletin issued by the administration stated that the list of properties traded for sale included vacant lands, residences, residential buildings, and residential units.
Sales were concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Dhaayen, Al Wakra, Umm Salal, Al Shamal, Al Khor, and Al Thakhira, as well as in the areas of Pearl Island, Lusail 69, Al Kharaij, and Al Dafna 60.
The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice amounted to more than 247 million riyals during the period from July 21 to 25.
