The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice during the period from August 11 to 15 reached 164 million, 585 thousand, and 647 riyals, while the total sales contracts for the real estate bulletin for residential units during the same period reached 19 million, 545 thousand, and 642 riyals.
The weekly bulletin issued by the administration today stated that the list of properties traded for sale included vacant lands, residences and residential units.
Sales were concentrated in the municipalities of Al Rayyan, Umm Salal, Doha, Al Khor, Al Thakhira, Al Wakra, Al Dhaayen, and Al Shamal, and in the areas of Pearl Island, Lusail 69, Al Kharaij, Legtaifiya, and Dafna 60.
The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice amounted to more than 234 million riyals during the period from August 4 to 8.
