Some people feel tingling in the feet frequently. So what indicates this?

To answer this question, the Institute of Quality and Efficiency in the Health Sector in Germany explained that the frequent feeling of tingling is due to one of the following reasons:

1- Circular disorders

Weak blood circulation can, for example, due to long periods of sitting or wear tight shoes to a temporary tingling in the feet.

2- Nerve

Various nerves, when pressed, can cause tingling or numbness in the legs and feet. These include the nerves in the back, which are affected by herniated disc or spine narrowing. The pressure of the tanning nerve (the legs of the leg) can also cause a tingling in the foot.

3- Raynoud syndrome

If the tingling occurs mainly in the toes and its color also turns white, Raynaud’s syndrome may be the cause, a circulatory disorder that occurs due to irreplaceable cramps in the smallest blood vessels in the toes.

4- The legs of the legs of the legs

It is a nervous disorder that causes the desire to move and feel uncomfortable in the legs. Patients describe this condition as an anxiety, pressure, or tension in the depth of the leg muscles. Symptoms also include tingling, tension, pain and itching. In rare cases, the thighs, feet, or even the arms are affected, in addition to the leg muscles.

5- Peripheral neuropathy

Peripheral neuropathy indicates any nerve damage that affects nerves outside the brain or spinal cord, such as nerves in the arms and legs. This neuropathy can have various causes, from injuries to infection (such as HIV or Lyme disease) to diseases such as diabetes, kidney failure or cancer. Also, eating alcohol or lack of nutrients, such as copper and vitamins B1 (B1), “B6” (B6), “B9” (B9), “B12” (B12) and “E”, can also lead to nerve damage, numbness and tingling, including in the feet.

Consult a doctor

In any case, you should consult a doctor to determine the real cause behind the frequent feeling of tingling in the feet, especially if the tingling occurs regularly or continuously or if the tingling is accompanied by other symptoms such as pain and numbness, as well as if the symptoms are agreed and spread to other parts of the body. You should also consult a doctor in the event of suffering from chronic diseases such as diabetes or circulatory problems.
