Al -Duhail Club announced the loan of its international player, Asim Madbo, to Al -Wakra Club. The club said, in a statement, that Asim Madbo will join the ranks of the first football team in Al -Wakra Club as of the next season, without specifying the loan period.
Asim Madbo played for Al -Gharafa Club last season and contributed to winning the Prince’s Cup after beating Al -Rayyan in the final match.
Madbo joined the blue wave training, and met the club’s president, Sheikh Saud bin Abdul Rahman, and his deputy, Sheikh Mohammed bin Fahd. Asim Madbo expressed his happiness to return to the ranks of Al -Wakra, in which he began his career and said he was excited to start a new season and we are waiting for the support of our fans on the field and in the matches.
He added: Our goal is to compete for all the championships and seek to win a title during the new season.
