His Excellency Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Thani, President of the Qatar Football Association, was keen to visit the training of our national team, as part of its preparations to face the Bahraini national team tomorrow, in the first round of the Arab League Cup.
The visit of the Federation President came in a positive atmosphere, as he was keen to follow up on the training and ensure the players’ readiness, before the expected confrontation with which our team will open its journey in the tournament.
His Excellency also spoke with the players and the technical staff, stressing the importance of focusing and exerting maximum effort during the match, and urging them to perform at a level that reflects the aspirations of the Qatari fans, and to work towards achieving a positive result at the beginning of the journey.
This visit comes within the framework of Al-Annabi’s continued support to achieve distinguished results.
