At the beginning of today’s trading, the Qatar Stock Exchange index recorded an increase of 0.04 percent, gaining its balance by 4.39 points, and rising to the level of 10,422 points, compared to the close of the last session, with support from three sectors.
Qatar Stock Exchange figures showed a positive performance for the consumer goods and services sector by 0.65, the transportation sector by 0.18 percent, and the banking and consumer services sector by 0.02 percent.
On the other hand, the performance was negative for the real estate sector by 0.03 percent, the industrial sector by 0.05 percent, the communications sector by 0.23 percent, and the insurance sector by 1.05 percent.
At ten in the morning, the Qatar Stock Exchange recorded trades worth 348,123 million riyals, distributed among 23,229 million riyals, with 3,079 transactions executed.
