The German Heart Foundation said that the sudden heart stops has several reasons for:
- Coronary heart disease
- Palaces
- Myocarditis
- Heart muscle diseases
- Heart valve diseases
- Congenital heart defects
The warning signs of sudden heart stopping are the acceleration of heartbeat, shortness of breath, chest pain, dizziness, and short loss of consciousness or fainting.
Pulmonary cardiac resuscitation
Ambulance must be called upon noteing these symptoms, given that the sudden heart stop is an emergency medical condition. Until the arrival of the ambulance, the cardiovascular resuscitation must be performed as follows:
- One hand is placed on the middle of the chest and the other over it.
- With the arms extend and the shoulders are placed directly over the pressure point, the pressure is pressed for a distance of approximately 5-6 centimeters.
- Take into account the pressure, then relax, then the pressure, then relax without interruption, until the ambulance arrives. And if one is not alone, the tanning should be pressed after about two minutes.
