Growth
This investment brings together two companies, each of which originates from a different field, but they converge on a common vision of using technology to connect people with opportunities and open new paths for them. By joining the Sununu Startup Factory, the support that the two companies will receive will not be limited to financing, but will also include benefiting from Sununu’s technological infrastructure, its operational expertise, and its network of commercial relationships, in addition to the guidance and expertise necessary to support growth and expansion.

A platform specialized in recruitment
Hayred Valley operates as a platform specialized in employment and career paths, relying on artificial intelligence to help those seeking professional opportunities access global labor markets, through smart tools, guidance programs, and organized career paths. The platform has received coverage from Forbes magazine, is trusted by more than 25,000 professionals, and is supported by the Inception program of NVIDIA, in addition to the expertise of its founders linked to business accelerators in Silicon Valley.
Hayred Valley has participated in a number of the most prominent global events in the technology sector, including the Web Summit in Portugal and Qatar and GITEX in Germany, and is also linked to the Qatar Science and Technology Park system, which enhances its presence within the growing technology and innovation scene in Qatar.
An integrated student economy
As for Talib Hub, which was founded by Misfer Al Marri, it is working to build what he describes as an integrated “student economy,” which places the student at the heart of a digital system that combines identity, services, and opportunities. The platform includes a student ID service to verify students’ identity, a digital market among students, and services to connect them with training and work opportunities, and university events, in addition to financial services dedicated to students as part of its future plans.
The platform is launched from Qatar with a vision to expand in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and the Arab region, after it achieved a remarkable presence in the entrepreneurship ecosystem, including being selected as the best startup company in the Qatar Web Summit 2025 among 25 startups out of more than 1,500 participants, in addition to obtaining appreciation for a startup company with impact during the Lisbon Web Summit in November 2025.

Sununu trading network
The two companies’ joining the Sununu Startup Factory is an extension of a system launched by Sununu in April 2026 to support startups in Qatar through a combination of investment, technological infrastructure, operational expertise, and access to the Sununu commercial network. The factory began its first investment by investing $100,000 in Safra Artificial Intelligence, a startup company working in the field of financial technology supported by artificial intelligence, before its portfolio expanded in parallel with the investment activity of GrowthX.

Integration of technology and talent
For Hayrd Valley, joining the factory opens the door to opportunities for integration in the areas of technology and talent within the growing Sununu ecosystem, while TalibHub benefits from the technological infrastructure, operational expertise and capabilities to reach a broad user base through one of the leading digital platforms in Qatar.
Hamad Al Hajri, founder of GrowthX and founder and CEO of Sununu, said: “Capital alone does not make successful companies. What entrepreneurs need is an integrated ecosystem that brings together people who have had construction experience before, technologies they can employ, and a market that gives them space to grow. This is exactly what we are working to build through GrowthX and the Sununu Startup Factory.”
Al Hajri added: “Hayred Valley and Talib Hub represent the type of technology companies with a global vision that we want to attract and support from Qatar. Our role is to provide ambitious founders with the capital, infrastructure and networks that help them transform their ideas into companies capable of growing and expanding beyond the region.”

Reemployment of capital
This investment comes after GrowthX backed Gro, an AI-powered financial wellness platform co-founded by Maria Shevchenko. These investments reflect a trend based on repurposing capital, technical expertise, and operational experience to support a new generation of founders, and linking them to resources and markets that help them transform their ideas into viable projects.

Departing from Qatar towards the region
Yarkizhan Zhuldsova, Founder and CEO of Heard Valley, said: “The entry of Growth We are building from Qatar, but with global ambition, and we are still at the beginning of the road.”
Misfer Al Marri, founder of Talib Hub, said: “Talib Hub started from an idea to a vision to build an interconnected and integrated student economy. The entry of Growth X as an investor represents great confidence in what we are building, and an important step to accelerate this vision and take it from Qatar to the region.”
