The championship, which will see 38 competitors competing in 19 categories throughout the day, is the second official local event of the Qatar Mixed Martial Arts Committee, bringing together all combat sports under one roof.
The Qatar Mixed Martial Arts Committee stressed that the aim of organising this tournament, as well as all local activities, is to provide a closer analysis of the sport and develop the future Qatari national team, so that it can compete at the regional and Asian levels.
The committee held a press conference attended by Sheikh Ali bin Jassim Al Thani and Adel Ghanem Al Marzouqi, members of the committee, during which it revealed the tournament program and the scheduled matches, as well as the different categories and weights that will participate in the event.

The first is the 18th main match for the belt in the 66 kg weight category, which brings together Mohamed Alaa and Hassan Koush, and the second is the 19th main match for the belt in the 61 kg weight category, in which Abdullah Khan meets Mohamed Amin Adel.
