Trade and Industry begins its work from its new headquarters in Lusail

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry officially began its work from its new headquarters in Lusail City, as of yesterday, Sunday, April 26, 2026, as part of its ongoing efforts to develop the work environment and enhance the efficiency and integration of the services provided.
All of its sectors and departments are currently operating from the new headquarters, including “one-stop-shop” services, within a unified and integrated work system, which enhances institutional coordination, raises performance efficiency, and contributes to improving the customer experience, ensuring that transactions are completed easily and in an advanced service environment.
The new headquarters features advanced services that support digital transformation, contribute to simplifying and accelerating procedures, enhance the integration of the work environment and improve the quality of services provided.
The headquarters also provides an integrated experience for investors through one-stop services in one place, allowing their transactions to be completed quickly and efficiently, in addition to a range of practical facilities, and to complete their transactions easily and smoothly.
The headquarters was equipped to be a comprehensive and accessible environment that takes into account the needs of all groups, including people with disabilities and the elderly, by providing easy access, valet parking, reception, guidance and assistance services, priority in submitting transactions, and facilities compatible with their needs.
The Ministry also continues to provide more than 500 electronic services through the application and website, allowing transactions to be completed easily and conveniently.
