“United Development” organizes a Seera exhibition on the Pearl Island

United Development Company, the main developer of The Pearl and Gewan Islands, is preparing for the upcoming opening of the Seera Exhibition in cooperation with Masraf Al Rayan, which launches tomorrow and continues for two months until December 31, 2024, to provide an exceptional religious and cultural journey in the open air on The Pearl Island.
The exhibition will be held daily from 5 pm to 10 pm, with a distinctive view of the charming Porto Arabia promenade at 31 La Croisette, extending over an area of ​​75 metres. It will take visitors through a series of interactive experiences that showcase the most important milestones in the life of the Prophet Muhammad (may God bless him and grant him peace), from his blessed birth to the conquest of Mecca, allowing attendees to explore his legacy and learn his lessons that continue to inspire millions around the world.
The exhibition includes various workshops that allow visitors to discover aspects of Islamic art and culture, including an Arabic calligraphy workshop and a workshop for making prayer beads, in addition to a workshop for making bookmarks for the Holy Quran.
In this context, Mr. Ibrahim Jassim Al Othman Fakhro, CEO and member of the Board of Directors of the United Development Company, said: “Organizing the Seera exhibition in cooperation with Masraf Al Rayan reflects the United Development Company’s commitment to providing rich experiences to the residents of the Pearl Island and its tourist visitors, through activities that are not limited to “Not only entertainment, but also extending to cultural events that reflect the essence of Qatari culture and its established values.”

The exhibition features a winding path that takes visitors on a journey through pivotal events from the life of the Prophet (may God bless him and grant him peace), giving them a rich historical experience. In addition, prayer facilities, interactive workshops, a heritage food kiosk, and a souvenir corner will be provided to enhance visitors’ experience.
