The teams are participating in this edition: Qatar, Bahrain, Japan, Malaysia, UAE, the Filipino Strong Group and Australia team, while China is participating in two teams “A” and “B”, in a copy that is one of the most intense and competitive at the level of posts and the schedule.
Qatar “Al -Radif” begins its tournament on July 12 with the UAE meeting and concludes its participation in the face of Malaysia on July 20.
The “William Jones” championship is one of the oldest unofficial international tournaments in basketball, as the first version was launched in 1977, and bears the name of the founder of the late Basketball Federation, “Renato William Jones”, and is characterized by the participation of national teams and university clubs from around the world, which makes it an ideal platform for acquiring international experience and friction.
It is scheduled that the Qatar team, “Al -Radif”, will participate immediately after this tournament in the Arab Team Championship, which will be held in the Tunisian city of Nabeul from July 23 to August 3, 2025,
