An analysis of hundreds of recent studies – published today, Monday, was published in the magazine “The Lancet for Children’s Health and Adolescents” – that early exposure to chemicals present in plastic can pose severe health risks to children that continue for a period after adulthood.
The review, which found that the children face a great danger of plastic in the environment, focused on 3 categories of these materials in plastic: philanthropic that makes plastic flexible, the bisphenols that provide strength, and the polytheero Alkeel that makes the materials resistant to heat and a waterproof.
These chemicals are found in daily use products such as food packaging materials and cosmetics, the main author Leonardo Trasandi, professor of pediatrics at the Faculty of Medicine, NNU Grossman in New York.
For example, heating the plastic in the microwave can release micro -plasticate and nanoparticles, which can be swallowed up after that.
