The United Nations Children’s Fund has confirmed that children in the Gaza Strip need more nutrition and health services, in light of the continuous extermination war on the Strip.
The organization said, in a statement, that one out of every 5 in the Gaza Strip is born prematurely or suffers from a decrease in weight at birth, noting that it provided during the current week the necessary hygiene requirements for hospitals and health centers in Gaza City, but at the same time confirmed that Palestinian children in the Gaza Strip “need to access more nutrition and health services for life.”
The UN organization renewed its demand to enter immediate, large -scale assistance for children, infants and families in the Gaza Strip, and renewed its demand for a ceasefire in the sector on which Israel imposed a systematic starvation for months, and a stifling blockade about two years ago.
