QNB Group launched an integrated and unified strategic framework to enhance the well-being of its employees by integrating the dimensions of comprehensive psychological, health, and financial well-being within the work environment, in a way that enhances the sustainability of performance and the quality of professional life.
The launch of this framework confirms the group’s continued commitment to investing in human capital as it is one of the most important pillars of institutional success. In implementation of this strategic framework, the Group continues to launch periodic programs and initiatives concerned with the mental and physical health and financial well-being of its employees, in addition to providing integrated services and solutions that go beyond traditional benefits, through strategic partnerships with specialized entities and institutions locally and internationally to support various aspects of employee well-being.
These programs include a number of events dedicated to employees and specific initiatives to establish a culture of appreciation and job excellence in an exceptional work environment through the “Employee of the Month” program. It is also keen to provide offers and discounts for employees and their families in the most prestigious health institutions and tourist destinations in Qatar and abroad, in addition to organizing training courses to raise awareness in a number of areas concerned with aspects of public health, financial well-being, and beauty. As part of its ongoing commitment to employee well-being, the group decided to grant employees a holiday on the occasion of their birthday without counting it from their annual leave balance.
The group does not hesitate to involve its employees in a number of community initiatives, such as the World Blood Donor Day campaign under the slogan “Donate blood… Share life,” which witnessed a large turnout from the group’s employees, who flocked to the blood donation unit.
