Google launches a new model dedicated to audio transcription operations

Google announced the launch of a new model dedicated to converting speech to text, called “Gemini 3.5 Transcribe.”
According to Google, the new model that will replace Chirp 3 provides a greater ability to deeply understand context and an automatic language recognition feature, stressing that it is the most accurate phonetic transcription model it has developed so far.
The company indicated that the “Gemini 3.5 Transcribe” feature will be available to users through the Google Antigravity platform, as well as through the “Gemini” application on the “macOS” system.
She stated that the feature will be available later on the Chrome browser, allowing users to benefit from the “Talk-to-Type” feature in any text field on the web.
