Istithmar Company announced the appointment of Mr. Basil Shaddad as CEO of the company, as he was delegated with the full powers of the position of Group CEO as of May 4th.
The Board of Directors welcomed Mr. Shaddad assuming the position of CEO of the company, to lead a new phase in which the remarkable growth story that the company has achieved over the past years continues.
Before assuming the position of CEO of Investment Holding, Shaddad led a number of regional and international companies in several countries in the region. During his more than 20 years of experience, he has implemented extensive growth, performance improvement and restructuring strategies across diverse sectors.
Mr. Basil Shaddad holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, in addition to a number of professional certificates in the fields of leadership, strategy and project management.
