QNB enhances its digital communication strategy

QNB organized a special workshop for its employees in cooperation with Snapchat, one of the leading companies in the field of social media, with the aim of enhancing its digital communication strategy.
This workshop, which was held for the bank’s employees as part of its efforts to develop its marketing strategy and plan, included an explanation of the main features and characteristics of the Snapchat platform, ideas related to content and how to highlight and develop it, special instructions on how to benefit from the program to communicate with customers, how to develop content with filter and lens features, advertisements on the platform and how to benefit from them in the best way, solutions related to the program and other features. It also included a discussion panel followed by a question and answer session in which the bank’s employees and program representatives participated.
On this occasion, Mrs. Heba Ali Al-Tamimi, Senior Executive Vice President, Group Communications at QNB, said: “By providing our team with advanced insights, this workshop organized in cooperation with Snapchat is a pivotal step in driving innovation and enhancing our digital communication strategies, as we pave the way for a future of unlimited creativity and success.”
