The Youth World Cup Qatar 2025: The drawing of the lottery tomorrow to draw the competition path with the participation of 48 teams for the first time

Tomorrow, Sunday, in Doha, the FIFA World Cup FIFA 2025, which will be hosted by Doha during the period from 3 to 27 November, with the participation of 48 teams for the first time in the history of the tournament.

The International Football Association (FIFA) has granted Qatar the right to host five consecutive copies of the junior World Cup, starting from the 2025 edition and with its new expanded system with the participation of 48 teams in a precedent, the first of its kind in the history of FIFA championships and the World Cup at all levels.

The participating teams will play 104 games that will be held over a period of 25 days, as the matches will be held on eight stadiums within the Sports Excellence Academy (Aspire), while the final match will be held at Khalifa International Stadium.

According to the tournament system, the qualified 48 teams will be distributed to 12 groups, each of which includes 4 teams competing with each other in the first round, with the first and second places of the 12 groups to qualify in addition to the best eight teams that ranked third, with a total of 32 teams to the second round.

The exclusionary rounds start from the 32nd round, followed by the final price of the final, then the quarter -finals and the semi -finals, to the final match that will be held on November 27.

The International Federation distributed the 48 teams to participate at four levels according to the results of the teams in the last five copies of the junior World Cup, to include each level of 12 teams, provided that the Qatari team will host the tournament at the first level, to be at the top of the first group and play the opening match on November 3.

The first level includes the teams: Qatar, Brazil, France, Mali, Germany, Mexico, Argentina, England, Japan, Barghaway, the United States and Senegal.

As for the second level, the teams come: South Korea, Morocco, Uzbekistan, Italy, Belgium, New Zealand, Chile, Venezuela, Croatia, Cocatenia, Honduras and Burkina Faso.

Under the third level, Costa Rica, Tajetan, Panama, Indonesia, North Korea, Cote d’Ivoire, Tunisia, New Caldia, Canada, South Africa, Australia and Haiti.

The fourth level includes the teams: UAE, Portugal, Czech Republic, Ireland, Switzerland, Zambia, Egypt, Uganda, Bolivia, Saudi Arabia, El Salvador and Figi.

According to the seats allocated by the International Football Association of Confederations, Asia received 9 seats obtained by Qatar as the host country, while Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, Indonesia, the Emirates, Japan, North Korea, South Korea and Tajikistan qualified.

On the other hand, the continent of Europe got 11 seats to qualify the teams: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, England, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Switzerland, while Africa gained 10 seats to qualify teams: Burkina Faso, Cote d’Ivoire, Mali, Morocco, Senegal, South Africa, Tunisia, Zambia, Egypt, Uganda, CONCACAF 8 seats obtained by teams: Canada, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, the United States.

As for South America, it got 7 seats, represented in the teams: Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Venezuela, Argentina, Paraguay, and Bolivia, while Oceania won 3 seats, included teams: Fiji, New Calidonia, and New Zealand.

The tournament was launched in 1985, when Nigeria is the most culminated team with five titles, followed by Brazil with four titles, while the Saudi national team won the title in 1989 as a single Arab title, while the championship holder is the German national team crowned in the last version in 2023.
