The Development Department of the Qatar Football Association launched on Sunday 07-09-2025 AD its first courses for the new sports season 2025-2026 by holding the administrative course to prepare and develop administrators in football. This session is one of the important stations for the Football Development Department this season and embodies its vision in building professional administrative cadres and able to keep pace with global developments in the sports sector.
The course focuses on a group of basic axes in sports management and includes: leadership skills, strategic planning, introduction to crisis management, introduction to sports events management, introduction to sports media, and the latest practices in sports governance. It also includes important materials related to the work of administrative cadres in football teams such as: sports psychology, technical administrative duties, sports feeding, football law and regulations regulating competitions, in addition to first aid in cooperation with the Hamad Medical Corporation.
This initiative comes within the framework of the pivotal role played by the Development Department of the Qatar Football Association, which is constantly seeking to upgrade the football system at all levels.
The opening of the session was attended by Mohammed Zayed Al -Marri, head of the education department of the Qatar Football Association, and Dr. Sanid Salem Al -Marri, the main lecturer for the administrative courses of the Federation.
