He explained that the size of the artificial intelligence market in Qatar reached $59 million during the current year, up from about $31 million in 2022, which reflects the doubling of the market in just four years.
He stated during his post on the “X” platform yesterday: “The State of Qatar is witnessing continuous growth in reliance on artificial intelligence technologies and the expansion of its investments, in light of the acceleration of the digital transformation movement led by the state.
Data issued by Microsoft during the first quarter of 2026 revealed that Qatar was ranked among the top 10 countries in the world in the practical use of artificial intelligence in daily life. According to the data, the size of the artificial intelligence market in Qatar reached $59 million in 2026, up from about $31 million in 2022, reflecting a doubling of the market in just four years.
