His Excellency Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al Thani, Chairman of the Qatar Olympic Committee, preferred to honor 85 employees and employees from various departments, within five categories that included: Award of Estimation, Excellence Award, Promotion and Incentive Awards (job commitment, initiative, cooperation, teamwork, distinguished team leader and effective participation in organizing sports events – ambitious) and award for graduates of development programs (cadres – competencies – mastery – Leadership Excellence) and the Award for Knowledge Management Certificate.
Al -Buainain: Focus on the integrated preparation for hosting major tournaments
His Excellency Mr. Jassim bin Rashid Al -Buainain, Secretary General of the Qatar Olympic Committee, valued the march of the Qatar Olympic Committee and the administrative, executive, technical, organizational and training efforts made by the committee’s departments during the year 2024, and praised the exceptional performance of employees and employees.

Likewise, Mr. Fahd Ibrahim Jumaa, Director of the Strategy and Sustainability Department of the Qatar Olympic Committee, presented the strategic summary, highlighting the strengths, development points, the available opportunity and challenges for the Qatar Olympic Committee, the analysis of the internal and external stakeholders, the most important stations completed at the institutional level during the year 2024, the analysis of project performance for the year 2023-2024, and the integrated strategy system.
