But unlike the prevailing belief, reducing the amount of fluids that you consume below the required limit will not reduce the number of times you go to the bathroom.

“Dryness of the body leads to counterproductive results, so the kidneys will continue to produce urine, and urine will be more concentrated and practical more disturbing,” says Dr. Serkrishna.
