A delegation from the Arab Gulf Football Cup federation visited the Sultanate of Oman, to determine the readiness of the stadium through which the Omani Renaissance team will play its matches in the Gulf Champions League clubs for clubs scheduled for next September thirtieth.
The delegation was briefed on the logistical and technical arrangements that would facilitate the reception of competing clubs for the renaissance during its matches, and to ensure the provision of an ideal organizational environment that contributes to the success of the tournament.
The Gulf Cup Federation continues its inspection tours of the clubs participating in the tournament,
The championship draw resulted in the Qatari Al -Rayyan heading the second group, which included the Saudi youth clubs, the Omani Renaissance and the Yemeni Hadramout, while the first group was presided over by Zakho Al -Iraqi alongside both Al Ain Al -Emirati, Sitra Al -Bahraini and the Kuwaiti Qadisiyah.
The championship system requires the first and second qualification of each group to the semi -finals that will be held in the home and away system.
